Hello to all of our first grade friends and families,
We love hearing from all of our students. This week we sent out emails checking in with families. We were so happy to hear back from so many of our students / families.
We love sharing resources so that your children continue to learn and grow. However, we know this is a stressful time for everyone. We know that learning happens in many different ways. Please continue to do what works best for your family.
We have been attaching papers / activity sheets to our weekly letters. We realize not everyone has access to a printer. If you do not have access to a printer you can copy the picture by drawing it yourself with paper and pencil.
Many parents have been sharing pictures of great learning that has been happening at home. This has inspired us to start an optional weekly challenge.
Weekly Challenge #1
Find a fun way to practice your trick words. Snap a picture and send it to us. We will share pictures next week in our weekly letter.
Here are a few ideas:
As always, feel free to email us with questions, comments and /or feedback.
Take care, stay safe!
Love,
Mrs. Caprio
Mrs. Creedon
and Ms. Mansfield
